Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)
Receiving emails from those with cancer, or those who are caring for those who have cancer, is a critical part of this web site. It helps me isolate areas where I have not explained things properly. It helps me understand situations I had not previously thought of. And so on.
However, I have a full time job, five grown children who live in the area (and two that don’t), I travel a lot for my job, and so on. Because I have so little time to work on this website, I have to find a way to deal with common questions.
But perhaps more importantly, by having a FAQ I can devote a lot of time to answering a question I hear frequently rather than have to rush through a quick answer to a question I have heard many times before, and perhaps by rushing the answer miss a critical point.
Emails are important to me, but so is the FAQ.
